Gobierto Budget Comparator is a tool to explore, compare and analyze the budget of comparable entities. You can see it in action at presupuestos.gobierto.es, exploring the +8000 spanish municipalities. We implemented for Catalonian government where we connected our data index with Catalonia's Socrata Open Data portal, so no extra work on the client's part was required to setup the project. It was awarded in the Socrata Annual Conference (spanish).
